BDNETSOUL has introduced its Remote Employee Program in May 2000 and has enjoyed tremendous response and success in various contract projects.

With our Remote Employee Program, you as a company / individual can hire a dedicated designer / programmer who can work for you on full time (40 hours = 8 hours a day) or part time (20 hours per week).

Our Selection process ensures that every candidate we select for our office is capable enough to handle the job which he is allocated from the client side.

Here are the rates which will help you figure out what we have to offer in our Remote Employee Program:

Please note that, for Part time employment, the rate is half of the prescribed rate for full time employees.

Each of them has to undergo spoken English test before they are allowed to participate in the program. So, Quality is never compromised!
Around the clock Service: We usually maintain the working hours locally from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+06:00 hrs). This translates to 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM EST. Some organizations in North America enjoys this arrangement as this gives a boost to their working hours and they maintain a synchronization with onsite employees at regular hours. Beside that, BDNETSOUL also offers another time frame which is in line with usual working hours in North America. From 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST. However, a $3 per hour surcharge will be applied for the employees. We also maintain working hours to accommodate our clients from London, London and Far East countries. Contract and Payment Terms

All payments need to be made in advance, and a 15 days termination notice is to be sent from your side. The salaries are due every month by 7th, this helps in us having a smooth flow of work.BDNETSOULalways maintain the SLA and NDA with clients.
BDNETSOUL accept payment by Debit / Credit Card from VISA and MASTERS using by Paypal.com or MoneyBookers.com. BDNETSOUL have verified merchant account.
BDNETSOUL accept Cash Payment and Bank Wire. Bank fees will bear by the Service Buyer.
